  I am actually a really nice person, and I never leave bad reviews but If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are SO RUDE. I am an exhausted mama of two active little boys who are wild, wonderful, but very wild. I have two toddlers and one had fallen asleep in the car (praise Jesus, I didn’t have to chase both of them at the same time) I parked right outside the door, I ran my stuff in and asked if it would be alright to SIT WITH MY SLEEPING CHILD IN THE CAR and nurse the other while they processed my things- she was so rude, she abruptly said “absolutely not, if we make one exception then we have to do it for everyone”. I was RIGHT. OUTSIDE. THE. DOOR. She also kept telling me my other child wasn’t allowed to play with the toys. For a kid store they are so not kid friendly. I woke my other toddler up and proceeded to wait for an hour, during that time I had multiple employees tell me to not let my kids touch the toys, the clothes, or run, keep them out of basically every area in the store. So I chased two extremely tired and emotional boys around the store, while the employees kept following me around telling me to not let my kids touch this or that. I got back in my car and cried all the way to my husbands office. They are so incredibly rude, the first time I went there I just thought the staff at the time was stuffy, but I’ve been there 3 times now and I will never go back. I would suggest going to kid to kid, or another location.
