  The lady at the front desk was so rude and unfriendly. She didn't even greet with a smile. My 5 year old daughter was walking around with me and she rudely said hold her hand. My daughter is not a rambunctious child! She is very girly and was in awe of all the dresses. Though i do understand that you dont want the dresses messed up by little hands, but there is definitely a nicer way to say things. The lady did not even offer to help me nor did she act like she wanted to even be there. I've been in retail/ customer service for over 15 years. I've been in management to visual. And the store is not at all appealing and organized. And I can see I'm not the only one dissatisfied with their attitude. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

  Everything about this bridal shop was Stella’s!!! The mother/daughter owners were the nicest people. They helped us try on dresses even without an appointment (thankfully they weren’t busy at the moment!). My sister-in-law got her dream dress!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service, the store, or the dress! Highly recommend!
